What is StrideP?
StrideP is a project tracker for every team in the company — engineering, sales, marketing, recruiting, operations — with AI built into the core, a free tier that fits a whole team (10 seats), and per-seat pricing from €5 that undercuts the big trackers. Work lives in projects, projects belong to a workspace, and everything a teammate (or an AI agent) does is visible and attributable.
One workspace, every team
A workspace is your company's home: members, projects, settings, and billing in one place. Departments don't need separate tools — a sales pipeline and a sprint board are just different projects.
AI-native
Ask questions of your real tasks, get new work auto-triaged, have standups written from what actually moved, and let AI propose sprints the team can genuinely fit. All governed per workspace, never trained on your data.
Honest pricing
Free for up to 10 seats — with the full AI project manager included, not a credit-metered add-on. Paid seats are €5–€9 per user billed annually (€7–€12 monthly), under every incumbent's entry price, and agents never count as seats.

1 · Create your account
Sign up with your email, verify it, and StrideP walks you through onboarding: name your workspace, pick a URL slug, and you're in.
2 · Create your first project
Pick a template that matches the work — it arrives with the right columns, fields, and sample structure. You can rename, add, or remove any of it later.
3 · Invite the team
Send invite links from workspace settings. Roles control who can administer the workspace versus work in it — and with 10 free seats there's no reason to leave anyone out.
- You can see your project's board and drag a card between columns.
- A teammate has accepted an invite and appears in Members.
- You've opened a task and left the first comment.
Projects & templates
A project is a stream of work with its own key (like ENG or SALES), its own workflow columns, and its own views. Templates set up the shape of the work so you don't start from a blank page.
Six ready-made templates
Software (backlog → review → done), Sales pipeline (lead → won/lost with deal value fields), Recruiting (a hiring funnel per candidate), Marketing campaign, Content calendar, and Goals / OKRs. Each ships with statuses and custom fields tuned to that work.
Your workflow, your columns
Statuses are fully editable — name them, color them, and group them into To do / In progress / Done categories so reports and automations understand your flow.
Custom fields
Add typed fields to any project — text, number, currency, date, select, email, phone and more — so a deal, a candidate, and a bug can each carry the data that matters.
Nine ways to see the same work
Every project comes with nine views on the same underlying tasks. Set a default view per project and hide the ones a project doesn't need.
Board
Drag-and-drop kanban. Group it into swimlanes by assignee, priority, or epic when one dimension isn't enough.
Backlog
Sprint planning: rank the backlog, pull work into sprints, and start or complete sprints when the team does.
List
A dense, sortable table with a column chooser — pick exactly the fields you want to scan.
Cards
A visual gallery of the work — great for content calendars and creative pipelines.
Timeline
A full Gantt: bars on a calendar, dependency arrows between blockers and blocked work (they turn red when a dependency is violated), and drag-to-reschedule — grab a bar to move it, or its edge to change just the start or due date.

Due dates on a month grid, for deadline-driven work.
Summary, Reports & Activity
Summary is the project's overview; Reports charts progress and velocity; Activity is the audit trail of everything that happened.
Tasks, from quick to structured
A task can be a two-word to-do or a fully structured work item — type (task, story, bug, epic), priority, assignee, labels, story points, start and due dates, custom fields, subtasks, and dependencies.
Epics & subtasks
Group related work under an epic and break big items into subtasks. Boards can swimlane by epic so the big picture stays visible.
Dependencies
Mark a task as blocked by another. The timeline draws the arrow, and a schedule that contradicts a dependency is flagged in red before it becomes a fire.
Comments, files & watchers
Discuss work where the work is, attach files, and get notified when things you care about change — in-app and by email digest.
Filters & JQL
Filter any view with quick controls, or type a JQL-style query when you need precision — including your custom fields.
Automations & intake forms
Let the tracker do the tracking. Rules react to what happens in a project; intake forms let anyone outside the project file structured work into it.
Rules: trigger → conditions → actions
When a task moves to Done, when work is created, when a field changes — set conditions and let StrideP assign, relabel, reprioritize, or move work automatically.
Describe the rule in plain English
Tell StrideP AI "when a bug is marked critical, assign it to Dana and move it to the top" and it builds the automation for you.
Intake forms
Publish a shareable form at its own link; submissions arrive as properly-fielded tasks in the right project. Requests stop arriving by DM.

MCP server, built in
Claude and other MCP-capable agents connect directly to a workspace and read, create, and update work through the Model Context Protocol.
REST API + OpenAPI
Token-authenticated API for projects, tasks, comments, and exports — with an OpenAPI spec your tooling can consume.
Webhooks & exports
Push events out as they happen; pull full workspace, task, and audit exports when you need the data elsewhere.
Accountable
Every agent action lands in the same activity and audit trail as human actions. "Who did that?" always has an answer.

StrideP Cloud is built and hosted in the European Union, with GDPR-grade rights as the default for every customer worldwide. If your rules say the data can't leave the building, run StrideP yourself: a supported self-hosted deployment from one Docker Compose file, with every external service optional.
